We had the pleasure of welcoming students for their workplace experience program.
We prepared activities tailored to each student’s goals and the duration of their stay. They observed and experienced what formwork is, as well as the materials and tools used to create it. We hope this gave them a sense of what it means to work and to create things, and that the experience will remain a memorable one.
For us as well, having the students here gave us an opportunity to review our daily work processes, efficiency, and safety measures. We also learned a great deal about communication—how to explain things in a way that is clear and easy to understand. We are grateful for this valuable time and experience. We would also like to express our appreciation to the teachers and parents for their cooperation and support.
