Here are 2 easy massages for people who are busy.
Ear massage
1. Pinch upper side of your ears softly and pull them up softly for 5 seconds. Next, pinch middle side of your ears softly and pull them to the side softly for 5 seconds. Then pinch the bottom side of your ears softly and pull them down softly for 5 seconds.
2. Pinch middle side of your ears softly and pull them to the side softly. Then as you are pulling your ears to the side softly, move them in a circle slowly from the front side to the back side 5 times.
3. Fold your ears softly and hold for 5 seconds.
4. Cover your ears with your hands and move your hands in a circle slowly from the front to the back 5 times.
Acupressure point
When you sense that you might be getting sick from meteoropathy, pressing the following 3 pressure points with your index fingers is effective to improve autonomic nervous system disturbance.
・ATAMA KYOU IN: The dent above mastoid bone behind your ears
・KANKOTSU: The dent below mastoid bone behind your ears where 1 finger size
