Stress coping
Stress can cause various un-wellness to our bodies although, our bodies can cope some stress up to a standard level. Our bodies can cope lower levels of stress by producing anti-stress hormones and adrenaline, and those few stresses can be a good tension making you active and initiative which will lead to a successful result. However, its intension and term become larger and longer more than what our bodies can cope, it may cause un-wellness to our bodies and mentals.
Un-wellness and mental illness can become severe causing difficulties to work and affecting your life. Therefore, it is important to prevent further stress or get away from the stress before severe damages and symptoms appear to your body.
『Quick ways to relieve stress』
ーExerciseー
When moving your body, you are often able to take your mind off from stress and tension which is refreshing. Enjoying activities and sports you like, and gardening are recommended.
ーWrite your feelings downー
It is stressful when you are always thinking the same problem. Writing it down can refresh your mind and make the problem clear and a solution to solve the problem may become clear to you. It becomes an opportunity to be calm and helps to improve your problem-solving skills.
ーSpend enjoyable time with someoneー
Having a good time with someone you trust makes you feel safe and relieved. Talking to someone about your feelings may lead to a solution sometimes.
ーLoud voice (screaming)ー
Letting out loud voice and screaming can be refreshing. Karaoke, cheering sports, musical lives, and entertainment concerts are unusual experiences which relax your body and mental.
ーSpend time in a wild (woods)ー
Spending time in woods and a wild environment is an escaping time from your usual life getting your mind off from stress. Relaxing time in woods, mountains, rivers, lakes, oceans, wildlife parks, and even a park nearby can provide refreshing and relaxing time to your body and mental.
ーTake a bathー
Taking a bath for 10-15 minutes and even more can be relaxing. Take your time in a bath about 39℃ can help your parasympathetic nervous system to be dominant. Enjoy bath salts may be even more relaxing.
Having refreshed and relaxing time before your stress becomes more than what you can cope is essential. It is the time of the year which un-wellness caused by changes in atmospheric pressure and seasons as well as disruption of daily habits. Your body is damaged from heat in summer and risks of un-wellness from it is not low. Please, look after yourself and be safe!
