Therefore, each company is working hard on 『diversity and inclusion』 to get the best out of it.

Promoting 『diversity & inclusion』 can achieve 『improvement of productivities』, 『enhancement of increased retention rate of talented resources』, and 『enhancement of innovations』. A few examples of measures are 『supports for working women』, 『recruitment of overseas and senior workers 』, and 『recruitment and training a person with disabilities』. Those are the factors emphasized in recruitment and training.
