Japan has a big number of problems of mental health, and it is required for each company and social society to have solutions and a department to deal with mental health problems. It is important for us to know that we have people who we can talk to and places/departments to ask for help, to protect our lives, healthy bodies and mentals.

There is a staff in our company who has a qualification to listen to people who have harassment troubles. She is in charge of mental health as well. It can be a peace of mind to know there is someone who you can talk to and ask for help.
