We had new staff members working with us. It feels fresh and the atmosphere of the company is revitalized. The environment is quite open communication amongst all sages and genders. They seem to be nervous since it has only started yet, and they have no experiences. However, they settle in fine talking with other co-workers with smiles. It is our responsibility to support them and make opportunities for them to learn many things. We hope to keep this company to be full of smiles and laughter.
